State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-07-31
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) are entitled to disclosures beyond those in our Privacy Policy. This notice provides them.
Data Sharing
No personal information is exchanged for money. But where advertising runs on this site, cookie and device identifiers may go to advertising partners, and the broad statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ can capture that. It is opt-out-able — see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share data belonging to minors under 16.
Requests You Can Make
The rights are: access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, plus in some states a right of appeal where a request is refused. Nobody is penalised for using them; you will not be charged differently or given a lesser version of the site.
Categories at a Glance
We may handle identifiers (IP, cookie and device IDs), internet and network activity information (which pages of postureload.com were requested, and when), and commercial contact data such as an email address where you chose to give one. It originates from your browser and from any analytics or ad partner operating on the site.
How to Get in Touch About This
Requests go to hello@postureload.com. If all you want is to opt out, enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser does it without contacting anyone — the signal is honoured automatically. We verify by corresponding with the email address the request came from, and answer inside the statutory window. Agents acting on your behalf need written authorisation.
